Das Fr\u00fchst\u00fccksbrettchen ist lebensmittelgerecht (ISEGA-gepr\u00fcft), hitzebest\u00e4ndig bis 150 Grad, sp\u00fclmaschinengeeignet, geschmacks- und geruchsneutral, abrieb- und s\u00e4urefest und auch weitgehend schnittfest, sehr scharfe Messer k\u00f6nnen allerdings Spuren hinterlassen.<\/p>\n
